While our bracelets are meticulously crafted for daily wear, they may require occasional repairs. If your bracelet breaks within 60 days of purchase, we'll repair it at no charge. After 60 days, a small fee applies:

• Rewrap your gemstone: $20
• Gemstone replacement with wrap: $30

If your repair involves components that are no longer available, we'll inform you and strive to find suitable substitutes. Shipping costs to our studio for repairs are the responsibility of the customer. The current turnaround time for repairs is 3-5 business days from the receipt of your piece. Please include your name, shipping address, email, and phone number along with all components of the piece.
